Scope of Services
Real Movers Moving & Storage provides moving and relocation services, which may include:

Transportation and logistics
Storage coordination
Move planning and scheduling
Services are performed either directly by Real Movers or by licensed and insured moving partners within our service network when appropriate.
Service details will be outlined in your written estimate or service agreement.
Estimates and Pricing
Non-Binding Estimates
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request. Final charges may change due to:
Additional inventory
Access limitations (stairs, elevators, long carries)
Additional services requested
Changes to move dates or locations
Final pricing will be confirmed in your service agreement.
Booking and Payment Terms
Deposits
A deposit may be required to reserve your move date.
Payment
Full payment is due according to the terms stated in your service agreement and must be completed before or upon completion of services.
Accepted Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled move are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the move may incur a cancellation fee.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information regarding the move
Ensure legal and safe access to pickup and delivery locations
Pack items properly unless packing services are purchased
Disclose fragile, high-value, or specialty items in advance
Restricted Items
Hazardous materials, illegal items, and certain valuables are prohibited in moving vehicles. A list of restricted items will be provided upon request.
Liability and Valuation Coverage
Real Movers takes reasonable care to protect your belongings.
Basic Coverage
Basic valuation coverage is included as required by law.
Additional Coverage
Additional protection plans may be available and must be selected prior to the move.
Exclusions
We are not liable for:
Items packed by the customer
Pre-existing damage
Damage caused by natural disasters, weather, or events beyond our control
Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, mechanical issues, or acts of God
Use of Third-Party Moving Partners
Real Movers may coordinate services through licensed and insured partner carriers when appropriate. By requesting services, you agree that:
Your move may be assigned to a qualified partner
Necessary move information may be shared to complete services
All assigned providers operate under applicable federal and state regulations

Loss of profits or business interruption
Delays outside reasonable control
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Real Movers Moving & Storage.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration organization in the United States.
Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable federal laws and the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal proceedings that are not subject to arbitration shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
Changes to Terms
Real Movers Moving & Storage may update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
